KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Roles and Responsibilities: The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities: Meet customers & present textile machinery solutions. Support sales conversions via techno‑commercial discussions. Manage customer queries & follow‑up regularly. Maintain CRM entries for all field activities. Generate new leads & assist ongoing projects. Participate in demos, exhibitions & customer visits. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 5+ years (Weaving preferred). Freshers allowed for Mumbai COMPETENCIES Technical Basic technical knowledge of weaving machinery. Ability to understand textile production processes. CRM usage & sales documentation skills. Good analytical and troubleshooting ability. Behavioral Good communication & interpersonal skills. Customer‑centric approach. Ability to learn quickly & adapt. Regional language fluency (mandatory for Surat). Positive attitude & willingness to travel.
