Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our UAE sales team.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting suitable power-generation solutions to customers across the UAE.

The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial enquiry through order closure, while coordinating closely with internal technical, operations, and after-sales teams.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
Strong sales and business-development skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycle
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-management skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and clearly explain technical solutions
Strong coordination and follow-up skills with both customers and internal teams
Experience in power generation, diesel engines, industrial equipment, or related sectors is preferred
UAE market experience and an existing industry network are an advantage
Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
