ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Service Salesperson to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys prospecting new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. An interest in manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cold calling and booking appointments with potential customers.
• Accurately feeding service requests into the office, ensuring all serial numbers and information gathered are correct.
• Identifying customer service needs through research and direct engagement.
• Establishing new service accounts by identifying and approaching potential clients.
• Presenting service quotations to potential new customers and following up on proposals.
• Analysing cost-benefit ratios of service applications and proposing improvements.
• Gaining customer acceptance by demonstrating operational and cost-saving benefits.
• Developing relationships with customer staff by providing relevant technical information.
• Staying updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Contributing to team efforts and company growth.
