REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ventilation engineering principles and evaporative cooling technology.
- Surveying Skills: Ability to conduct thorough site surveys and develop technical proposals.
- Education: A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the UK market, including commercial and industrial sectors.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize ventilation engineering skills to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate evaporative cooling solutions.
- Site Surveys: Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate the feasibility and design of evaporative cooling systems.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Vent-Tech’s evaporative cooling units and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Employ strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
