  • Surveying Skills: Ability to conduct thorough site surveys and develop technical proposals.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the UK market, including commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize ventilation engineering skills to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate evaporative cooling solutions.
  • Site Surveys: Conduct detailed site surveys to evaluate the feasibility and design of evaporative cooling systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Vent-Tech’s evaporative cooling units and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Employ strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
