To support our growth in Southeast Asia and globally, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong ability and passion for continuously learning and expanding knowledge in femtosecond laser technology.
  • Ability to use CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales tracking.
  • A strong ability and passion for continuously learning and expanding knowledge in femtosecond laser technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field .
  • Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience , preferably in ultrafast lasers, photonics, or related scientific equipment.
  • Strong understanding of femtosecond laser technology and its applications in research and industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within Singapore and globally as required.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of femtosecond laser products and related optical components in Southeast Asia and globally.
  • Develop and manage relationships with universities, research institutions, and industrial clients.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers, ensuring they select the appropriate ultrafast laser solutions for their applications.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver customer solutions and support after-sales service.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, attend industry conferences, and participate in exhibitions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies tailored to the local market.
