Description
  1. Identifies current and future customer product / service requirements by establishing professional rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
  2. Provides product, service, or equipment technical information by answering customer inquiries.
  3. Assigns inquiries number for customer inquiries within the company scope. Decides on customers’ RFQ if within the scope of the company.
  4. Contributes to Sales department effectiveness by identifying issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  5. Introduces the company and its product / service to potential customers through exhibitions, contacts and networks.
  6. Conducts customer visits and provides technical product information training if needed.
  7. Inquires products or service to suppliers based on client’s requirements.
  8. Coordinates with other functions of the company to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  9. Coordinates with QA &/or Technical Manager for any technical requirements/information needed.
  10. Prepares quotations for customers inquiries and submits the same after conferring with QA Manager / Technical Manager for technical details required
  11. Coordinates with customer for any clarification / detailed information needed for their inquiries / orders.
  12. Receives customer feedback or customer complaints and forwards it to QA Department for proper documentation and action.
  13. Follows-up pending confirmation and purchase order from customers.
  14. Reviews customer order against quote and communicate to customer any discrepancy / clarification.
  15. Advises Customers Service Engineer on the required delivery date & other specific requirement for the job
  16. Instructs Customer Service for issuance of Job Order Number based on orders received from customer.
  17. Maintains and improves professional and technical knowledge by attending product training; reviewing product publications and establishing professional networks.
  18. Performs other duties as assigned and delegated by Superior from time to time.
