Optimize sales reporting and sales database management. 优化销售报告和销售数据库的管理。 3. Establish and improve system for risk control that fully support sales. 建立和完善可以灵活支持销售的流程风险管理机制 4. Continuously optimize the sales performance evaluation system. 持续优化销售绩效评估体系。 5. CIP of sales process. 持续优化销售流程。 6. Lead the SCC complete the target of department efficiently as well as cross-departmental cooperation. 带领SCC部门，高效的完成本部门工作以及跨部门合作。职位要求 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in statistics, data analysis, marketing or related majors. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，统计学、数据分析、市场营销或相关专业优先。 2. Excellent business analytical skills, keen data insight, and structured thinking skills. .具备优秀的商业分析能力，敏锐的数据洞察力，结构化的思维能力。 3. Work experience: at least 2 years of related work experience, familiar with sales data analysis process and methods. 工作经验：至少2年相关工作经验，熟悉销售数据分析流程和方法。 4.Good command in BI、SQL、Python, familiar with other mainstream databases is preferred. 熟练掌握数据分析工具（如BI、SQL、Python）等。 5.
