Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Sales Engineering Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in solving meaningful problems, driving outcomes, and contributing directly to Solink’s growth. You’ll collaborate across teams and be trusted to take ownership - because we believe great ideas come from everywhere.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise, Commercial, and International Sales Engineers through weekly 1:1s, structured feedback, ongoing coaching, and performance tracking.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales Leadership and AEs to refine discovery processes, solution design, and demo delivery, ensuring SE engagement drives revenue, deal velocity, and quality.
  • Assist the SE team by reviewing and approving technical scopes of work for complex deployments, safeguarding feasibility and customer success.
  • Host weekly team syncs, facilitate knowledge sharing, and provide ad-hoc strategic support on high-value opportunities.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for strategic deals and cross-functional blockers, collaborating with Product, Deployment, and Support to resolve challenges.
  • Define, refine, and implement scalable SE processes tailored to the unique needs of Enterprise, Commercial, and International segments.
  • Foster deep vertical alignment and consultative engagement across diverse industries, adapting strategies to varied sales cycles and decision-making structures.
