Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE.

As a Sales Enquiry Handler, you will be responsible for managing all sales enquiries, whether by telephone, email, live chat, online, or event marketing. You will be an effective communicator and listener and will help the customer identify the correct vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will follow up each enquiry lead with the sales team with a view to progressing from enquiry to sale.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Answer calls and respond to all customer enquiries, proactively identify their needs, build rapport, and provide relevant information.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz range, including new technologies, to confidently discuss our cars and services with customers.
  • Respond to digital enquiries through the carwow/CRM portal one hour.
  • Provide personalised PCP quotes when relevant (Velocity).
  • Liaise directly with the appropriate manager and assign new enquiries to a sales executive.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments, including arranging test drives.
