• Talking with customers — answering inquiries, guiding them through product options, and helping them place orders.
• Estimating project costs — reviewing drawings and specs, preparing quotes, and working closely with our production team.
• Processing orders — making sure everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery.
• Collaborating — working with sales, production, and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
