The role of a sales and estimating support co-ordinator is a very important and responsible role at Hillcroft Surgery Supplies and is a key member of support to the Sales and Customer Services Teams. This unique role as a co-ordinator to a senior team member will require expertise in working with numbers and having attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who feels they have the experience and capabilities to perform well under pressure and support both internal and external sales teams.

    Job Type: Full-time
    45 hours per week - Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
    28 days per year holiday (including bank holidays)
Responsibilities
  • Processing and pricing of product Cost Comparisons that are obtained by all sales departments in the company
  • Processing and pricing of Account Reviews that are requested by both clients and sales staff
  • Printing off and the binding of the Cost Comparisons and Quotations to be given out by the Business Development Executives (BDEs)
  • Packing up samples to go with Cost Comparisons and Quotations for customers
  • Completing and uploading of customer website favourites lists
  • Pricing of day-to-day equipment/product quotes that come in through the Customer Services department
  • Preparation of BDE’s files ready to go out on the courier each week
  • Replenishing the stocks of samples
  • Managing a daily task list on the CRM to complete and record processes accurately
  • Undertaking other administrative duties for the sales teams as required
