THE ROLE

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a role that combines elements of sales support, technical estimating, and customer engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments. You will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and estimating processes, producing accurate quotes, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn and aid on the administrative process of sales and estimating, primarily CRM
  • Analyse customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate quote generation
  • Liaise regularly with the customer and relay information across planning, sales and purchasing
  • Apply clear and concise communication across all sales, panning and purchasing processes
  • Produce formal estimates based on enquiries received
  • Regularly liaise with customers regarding delivery dates, quotations and to discuss requirements for enquiries
  • Be pragmatic and chase / expedite your previous week’s quotes to achieve an order
