Description

ECOLINE WINDOWS, NS AND CANADA’S LEADING WINDOW AND DOOR MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLATION COMPANY, HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE AS A PROJECT MANAGER.

The position is a commission-based compensation for results, not for hours worked. OTE is typically about $80,000 but is uncapped and top producers are earning upwards of $200,000. Ecoline provides professional training however experience in a sales or estimator role in the construction industry is a huge plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Day to day travel to meet with current and prospective clients (some work needs to be done in the evenings)
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Personal phone and computer
  • Driver’s license and reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals by following Ecoline Windows Sales Process during the in-home consultations
  • Own the full sales process by assessing customer needs, demonstrating product options, and determining the right fit for the customer
  • Support customers during the process of getting new windows and doors
  • Conduct accurate on-site measuring and quoting and provide product delivery schedule
  • Follow up after product installation
  • Help customers with financing options
  • Gain new business through networking and referrals
  • Utilize electronic systems and software to quote products and manage customer interactions
