Description

LOCATION: LONDON, HOWEVER WE CAN BE FLEXIBLE WITHIN THE UK (WITH TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITES)

With over a century of innovation and still proudly family-owned, the SAUTER Group is a global leader in Building Management Systems (BMS), trusted to deliver cutting-edge solutions for large-scale commercial and residential buildings across the UK and beyond.
As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Estimator to help us unlock further opportunities within our existing service portfolio. This is a key role in driving the continued success of our UK operation, supporting clients in maximising the performance and longevity of their BMS installations.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the BMS Service Projects Sales Manager to produce professional, accurate proposals.
  • Carrying out site visits to assess requirements, survey conditions, and identify the best BMS solutions to meet client needs.
  • Reviewing tender documents, electrical and mechanical drawings, and site-specific details to support quotations.
  • Collaborating with service engineers to identify upgrade or improvement opportunities on existing client sites.
  • Providing clients with advice and guidance on the latest technologies and enhancements available through SAUTER.
  • Supporting the tender process from initial pricing to interviews and final submission.
  • Handing over successful projects to the Project Management team with clear documentation and no ambiguity.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients to build relationships, understand their ongoing needs, and support lifecycle planning.
  • Keeping internal quotation tools and systems up to date, ensuring data is accurate and well-organised.
  • Following best practices in health and safety, including RAMS and risk assessments where required.
