JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a sales -oriented and detail led Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in measuring, planning and costing flooring jobs on site, and off plan in store.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the flooring industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: In perso

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for flooring projects
• Analyse project requirements and assess potential risks associated with costs.
• Prepare costs and close sales on site when possible.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labour costs to inform estimating practices.
• Provide feedback and training to in store staff where you feel it’s required to improve lead quality.
