JOB DESCRIPTION

Home builder Sales Estimator will work closely with the Sales Representative, to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the department are accurate, and that client files are available and up to date. To work & give internal support to the entire homebuilder team. Provide excellent customer service through product selections with Home Builders clients & consultation through the selection process. You will be a vital part of the Homebuilder Division and work as part of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales rep to win the order & to ensure the order is correct
  • Estimate projects for Home Builder reps
  • Assist with securing project pricing from suppliers
  • Monitor Sales rep’s active quotes
  • Assist product information & raising of codes
  • Communicate via phone & email with Reps, Customers, Suppliers & end clients
  • Communicate internally with other divisions and staff
  • Estimate tenders where required
  • Provide Coordination support & assistance when required
  • Attending supplier training & trade events
  • Assist reps with problem solving & conflict resolution
  • Assist in maintaining the supplier library catalogues
  • Assist customers and reps with product information and technical advice
  • Consultation with the client regarding product selection on occasion
  • Prepare, generate and submit annual pricelists to customers
  • Prepare quotes and proposals once clients have made their selections
  • Knowledge required of kitchen appliances & plumbing products preferrable
  • Provide feedback to team members to improve client service provision and satisfaction
  • Liaise with other department heads and colleagues
  • Attend team meetings
