POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Sales Estimator to join our team and help clients bring their dream spaces to life through custom tile and stone installations. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and sales acumen, ensuring accurate estimates while delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will meet with clients to understand their vision, assess project requirements, and prepare detailed proposals that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and quality. As the bridge between design and execution, the Sales Estimator will play a vital role in turning inquiries into lasting relationships and projects that embody dedication, reliability, excellence, accountability, and mastery.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of sales experience (residential or B2B preferred)
• Experience with a one- to two-call close process
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Estimating experience and blueprint reading a plus, but not required
• Trade/industry background is not required
• ability to calculate material using mathematical formulas and “Feet/Inches” measuring scale.
• Ability to use software to create drawings to scale

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around job sites, including uneven surfaces, for extended periods.
• Comfortable climbing stairs, ladders, and accessing various building levels to assess all areas of potential projects.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions during outdoor site visits.
• Able to drive to client locations and job sites; must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
