THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for multiple Sales Estimators / Quantity Surveyors to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in natural or sintered stone, worktops, tiling, KBB, construction, joinery, or interior design industries, with proven expertise in quoting and estimating.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as an estimator or quantity surveyor, ideally in the natural stone, construction, or interiors design industries.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, email, and learning and adapting new softwares quickly.
• Excellent time management, punctuality, and organisational skills.
• Communicate with clients to confirm project specifications and details, and respond to any queries or concerns.
• Carry out site visits to collect necessary information for accurate estimating.
• Revise estimates as needed to reflect changes in project specifications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sales experience is an advantage, with the opportunity for an uncapped commission structure.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and value-engineering solutions.
