Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales Estimator who is eager to contribute and grow within our team. Joining Rapid-Span means becoming part of a dynamic, supportive environment that works on exciting projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million, with occasional opportunities up to $10 million.
This is a hands-on role that will allow you to showcase your expertise in estimating, particularly in steel and concrete construction, while developing skills and gaining experience in a collaborative and supportive setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform detailed project takeoffs and estimates, focusing on steel and concrete construction.
  • Research and identify potential projects through government tender websites and other sources.
  • Evaluate project feasibility and profitability, including analyzing costs, timelines, and potential margins.
  • Bring identified opportunities to the team for review and alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals within tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate project schedules and manage communication between internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies to optimize project workflows and ensure cost-effective outcomes.
