SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and meet customer deadlines.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Experience with Window Designer (First Degree) and Logikal is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A positive, can-do attitude is essential!
• Must be residing in & eligible to work in the UK.

• Provide accurate quotations for aluminium windows and doors using Window Designer and Logikal.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide top-tier service.
• Handle general and technical product inquiries via email and phone.
• Guide potential customers and homeowners through our factory/showroom.
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is correct and production-ready.
