Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Handle event inquiries, quotations, proposals, and event packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
• Coordinate events from initial inquiry to execution and post-event follow-up.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales records, reports, and pipeline updates.
• Identify market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.

Skills

• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in selling and coordinating events
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, event planning, and guest experience standards.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
