IVS Group Ltd has an exciting job opportunity for Sales Event Merchandise Assistant to join our team at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh to sell merchandise and programs at the concert

Pay Rates depending on age: 11.21 or 13.68 this includes hourly holiday pay
Shift- 10 to 12 hours

SKILLS:

• Team Player.
• Excellent timekeeping skills.
• Retail or hospitality experience is preferred but a hardworking and positive, can-do attitude, is most important.

• You will be assigned to stands, count stock items before the event starts, and sell merchandise at the beginning of operating hours.
• .Clear and effective communication with customer.
• Selling official Merchandise at the music event.
• Take payments from customers for sale items through the payment system.
• Following procedures like dress code, customer etiquette, safety regulations, and other precautions and requirements.
• Always engaging in appropriate behaviour, representing the business in a positive light.
• Other reasonable duties as requested by management to assist the operation.
