ROLE SUMMARY:
This is a unique and dynamic hybrid role with a primary focus on business development and sales (approximately 70%), supported by hands-on event management and community engagement (approximately 30%). The successful candidate will be a results-oriented self-starter responsible for launching and growing our “Recruiting Leaders US” product across the West Coast. This role requires a professional who is not only skilled at closing B2B sales but is also adept at leveraging in-person events as a key tool for lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Business Development (70%)
Event & Relationship Management (30%)
