SALES & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

  • Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking at events, and digital platforms. Convert prospects into qualified meetings.
  • Account Management : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring brand top-of-mind awareness and repeat business.
  • Client Retention : Understand clients’ evolving needs and offer relevant, value-added solutions to maximise engagement and spending.
  • Customer Service : Provide a seamless experience for clients by coordinating and supporting on-site execution during events.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Some working knowledge of AI tools and digital platforms.
  • Digitally savvy with the ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous with a strong follow-up ethic and detail orientation.
  • Confident in engaging professionally with students, clients, and partners.

EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the F&B, hospitality, or events industry, with proven customer service and event management track record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred to support Chinese-speaking clientele.
