JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT

We are a leading catering & events company working with some of London’s most creative and forward-thinking businesses and venues. We are looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator with a natural flair for building client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is split between reactive event sales and account management and phone-based outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, target-driven, and experienced in converting warm leads into repeat business, while also supporting the delivery of small to medium-sized events.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in catering or event sales (similar industries may be considered, but office-based experience is required).
  • Confident communicator, especially on the phone – you’ll spend a good portion of your day engaging with clients.
  • Target-oriented and motivated by results.
  • Strong admin and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and booking/CRM systems.
  • A love of events and food!
