Alzerina Jewelry—a women-owned jewelry brand in Brooklyn—is looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator Intern to start immediately. What You’ll Do

  • Plan & Execute Events: Pop-ups, trunk shows, jewelry classes, wellness workshops, and even cruise events.
  • Boost Brand Visibility: Connect with press, influencers, and bloggers to get Alzerina Jewelry featured.
  • Support Women-Owned Business Growth: Research and engage with programs that uplift small and minority women-owned businesses.
  • Handle Event Logistics: Venues, vendors, layouts, budgets, supplies, and travel planning.
  • Promote Events: Use social media, email campaigns, and partnerships to spread the word.
  • Create Guest Experiences: Welcome attendees, manage registration, and ensure everyone leaves smiling.
  • Post-Event Marketing: Share highlights and help measure event success.

Who You Are

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a great multitasker.
  • Outgoing and confident engaging with guests and partners.
  • Creative with an eye for branding + social media.
  • Interested in marketing, PR, hospitality, or event production.
  • Bonus if you love jewelry, fashion, or building community.
  • Ready to start right away and commit 10+ hours/week.
