  • Show passion towards internal product knowledge, our local area and continuously develop this knowledge.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and leisure segments.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to generate leads and close sales.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, local businesses, and travel agents to secure repeat business.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and follow up promptly on all leads.
  • Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the hotel and develop market intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Responsible for the quoting, contracting, and planning for any events proactively bought in
  • At busy periods, will be responsible for helping the rest of the team with reactive enquiries
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, booking conversion, and revenue forecasts to the Director of Sales.
