Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lyrath Estate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Events Executive to join our team. This role combines wedding coordination, event management, and sales support, making it ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
You will be responsible for driving event and wedding business, supporting the sales function, and ensuring every client experience exceeds expectations in line with our service promise:
“Be First to Greet” - our guarantee of warm, professional, and customer-focused service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client relationships from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Meet with couples and clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, corporate meetings, and special events.
  • Liaise with internal departments (F&B, operations, reservations, accounts) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare detailed event plans, budgets, proposals, and timelines, ensuring accuracy and cost control.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring service quality and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee on-site setup, logistics, and event execution, acting as the main client contact throughout.
  • Support sales initiatives by preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at bridal fairs, trade shows, and other promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, and financial tracking.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales and event services.
