    Role Introduction
    To partner with Account Managers to provide proactive sales and support to achieve the targets through the intelligent use of data enabling the achievement of revenue and the associated targets for the portfolio, at a regional level with focus on United Kingdom and German market.
    Key Responsibilities

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Support the Channel Distribution strategy for the Port / Territory
  • Provide coverage and support for the Account Manager role as and when required
  • Service high value agents / Corporates as an exception as required
  • Key contact for Travel Agencies (Trade & Corp) issues, such as ADM’s, fare loading and technical queries
  • Manage and grow the customer base for the SME (Business Plus) programme
  • Grow the business by actively seeking new sales leads and customers in cooperation with CCD KRK (Call Centre) and Account Managers

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or certificate (ideally in a relevant Travel and Tourism, Sales or Marketing field) is preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of one years’ relevant experience within an Airline, Travel Agent or Global Distribution System (GDS) role is essential
  • Ability to speak, read and write German is highly desirable
  • Extensive knowledge and practice of GDS, preferably Amadeus
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Proven numeracy and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial Systems is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, fostering collaboration and contributing to shared goals
  • Excellent PC literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to cover and progress into an Outdoor Sales role
  • Adaptive to and embraces constant change
