Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales operations, Sales enablement, or a related role.
  • Expertise in analysing, designing and implementing processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, and project management skills.
  • Data analysis and visualization skills using tools like Power BI.
  • Full working proficiency in both English and German.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ERP-Systems (Microsoft Dyncamis NAV/BC) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving operational excellence.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
