PRIMARY OR MANDATORY SKILLS :-

· Own GTM target for geo based on regional business plan along with Global Alliance Owner
· Develop & drive engagement with alliance and sales team at account level. Create account level plan

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS :

· Drive regional events, workshops, campaigns and account planning session with partner to develop solid pipeline for the regional customer accounts.
· Do weekly review with Global Alliance Owner and track business progress.
· Biweekly review with Global alliance head and Geo head to identify gaps and course correction required to close pipeline leads
