Primary Job Function To manage the assigned territory ensuring consistent sales growth and achievement of financial goals and targets by identifying opportunities and gaining new business and market share while maintaining existing business. We are a fast‑growing Molecular Diagnostics company seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who isn’t afraid of challenge, rejection, or unexplored market potential. Core Job Responsibilities Champion company strategy to ensure consistent and effective execution across your territory. Drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with existing and prospective clients through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive outreach. Own the CRM, ensure meticulous updates, accurate forecasting, and achievement of CRM-related KPIs. Stay ahead of the market by monitoring trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within molecular diagnostics. Strengthen key customer relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and our solutions are effectively positioned to meet them. Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements. Leverage your technical aptitude to confidently articulate Abbott Molecular’s value proposition, products, and capabilities. Collaborate cross‑functionally, partner with the Country Manager, Ambassadors, Technical Services, Logistics, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and add value to the Abbott Molecular brand. Lead tender and proposal efforts, overseeing both technical and commercial responses. Represent the company professionally, maintaining the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards. Complete all required training and uphold adherence to compliance protocols. Minimum Education Degree in a scientific discipline (preferred but not essential with equivalent experience). Minimum Experience & Skills 3–5+ years of successful sales experience in clinical diagnostics or research laboratory environments. Strong track record in complex, multilevel, multisite sales cycles and building strong relationships. Understanding of laboratory workflows, experience working in a diagnostic or research lab is desirable but not required. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and strategic influencing capabilities. Ability to simplify and deliver complex technical information to diverse customer groups. A team-oriented mindset combined with the independence and initiative typical of top-performing hunters.
