Position Overview: We are looking for driven and passionate Apprenticeship Sales Consultants to promote and sell our learner training solutions to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed through education and training. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our employer base.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education training sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines
  • Willingness to travel and work out of our Stoke office 1 day a week
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective employers to build on our pipeline of sales activity
  • Understand employer needs and recommend appropriate training solutions to meet their goals
  • Present and demonstrate our training programs to individuals and decision-makers at employers
  • Negotiate terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on sector trends, competitor offering and market dynamics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employers throughout the sales process
