Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and achieve targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on high-value accounts Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure long-term partnerships Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Regularly report on sales performance and forecast future trends to senior management Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or a related field Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus and will be considered an advantage Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
