The Sales Executive will play a critical support role in maintaining key stakeholder relationships and developing incremental business opportunities with the poise, refinement, and precision synonymous with French luxury hospitality. A pivotal role in one's commercial journey, building upon their experience in luxury hospitality, to develop strategic sales and communication skills as a key member of a dynamic team invested in the delivery of luxury excellence. This role will assist in crafting opportunities that elevate our brand whilst delivering sustainable revenue growth by developing an in-depth understanding of our clientele, source markets and distribution. As Sales Executive, under the guidance of the General Manager and Director of Sales, you will contribute to curating success across all market segments, ensuring a balanced, sophisticated, and commercially astute approach to business development. Main Responsibilities Through effective advocacy and management of systems and processes, administrate hotel corporate account RFP management and sales documents. In supporting the commercial objectives of the hotel, understand the performance data and analytics functions to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful insights. Be able to conduct a market assessment of potential new high yielding business opportunities Onboarding of new local accounts, testing distribution and acquisition of Loyalty Maintenance of revenue growth sustained across B2B segments through efficient professional support of account and intermediaries. Cultivate strong understanding of key stakeholders, supporting the Director of Sales in offering a level of service and attention to detail reflective of Sofitel’s French sophistication. Support the commercial departments with the execution of response to proposals and agreements across corporate and group segments and their point-of-sale documents with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to the brand and contractual guidelines. Participate in corporate and group prospect activations where relevant recording activities in the hotel CRM, maintaining accurate data and effective follow-up. Maintain an expert understanding of the hotel’s commercial strategy, services, and rate structures to consistently exceed business objectives. Monitor competitive activity and guest feedback, sharing insights that inspire innovation and performance. Host site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarisation visits that immerse guests in Sofitel’s Art de Vivre. Support the ALL – Accor Live Limitless program, weaving loyalty into every client interaction. Ensure every enquiry is met with a timely, polished, and professional response that reflects the Sofitel brand. Qualifications 2 years + experience in premium or luxury hotels with strong knowledge of business-to-business segments of corporate and group segments Experience in guest and/or sales relations.
