Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Develop and manage a portfolio of potential accounts within a specified territory Achieve revenue targets through effective use of sales tools and techniques Maximize account production and up-sell following revenue directions Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, needs, and opportunities Organize and participate in sales activities such as blitz campaigns, telemarketing, sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and workshops Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and decisions in the CRM system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions and market engagements Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients Monitor competitor activities and report on market threats and opportunities Attend regular sales meetings and provide performance reports as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of Opera or similar hospitality management software is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Analytical mindset with attention to detail in all aspects of work Ability to develop rapport with colleagues, management staff, and clients Experience in the service industry, preferably in luxury or five-star hotels Understanding of and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Excellent follow-up and documentation skills Ability to calmly and effectively execute last-minute requests Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach to sales
