Job Description Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct sales presentations and tours of the hotel for prospective clients, showcasing the facilities, services, and unique offerings. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for room bookings, events, and other services, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies. Work closely with the marketing, front office, and event management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of client requests. Assist clients in planning events, including meetings, conferences, and weddings, by providing guidance on available services and options. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue generation, and market trends to track performance against targets. Qualifications Understanding of hotel operations, services, and amenities, as well as market trends affecting the hospitality sector. Familiarity with sales techniques, marketing strategies, and promotional tactics that drive business. Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor Strong administrative skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
