Assisting disabled persons and guests in a courteous manner and ensuring proper coordination; To provide information about the correct management of the knowledge used for the timely resolution of problems or questions; To report any technical problems and necessary needs in the work process to the relevant regulations of the legislation; Answer customer questions at a high level and understand their needs and requirements; Research, investigate, analyze and develop new business opportunities: Actively use social media and other means to reach potential wedding couples and event planning firms: To provide reports as required, including the annual Strategic Sales Plan for the wedding market: Develop strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with local and state vendors to increase weddings and optimize revenue; Review wedding search platforms and marketing opportunities to ensure continued growth of wedding enquiries; To be responsible for the sale of packages related to wedding and event services: Provide a unique, innovative and individual guest experience, engage in event execution; Prepare agreements and other required documentation of sales he/she realized Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly and achieve set sales goals.
