Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Pune, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and growth Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to management Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships Strong negotiation and closing skills Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events Knowledge of the local market in Pune and surrounding areas is a plus Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
