Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts. Promote hotel rooms, event space, catering services, and other facilities to potential clients. Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, rates, and packages. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of local and regional market trends in hospitality is a plus.
