OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business development acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends and negotiating contracts to drive sales growth.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

· 2-5 years of directly selling cybersecurity solutions with a proven track record of Success.
· Ability to succeed in a sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines, and closing business.
· A proven track record of delivering sales of complex services and solutions in a competitive market, winning mid-market clients and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
· Able to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
· Able to create detailed and persuasive proposal documents for the bidding process, outlining business viability.
· Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

This role aims to identify and close prospect opportunities, manage existing client accounts and uncover and win new business across mid- and enterprise markets.
· Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and deliver persuasive pitches to secure new contracts.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless transition to the technical team.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling by aligning cybersecurity solutions with client business goals.
· Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues.
· Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their unique needs, ensuring seamless implementation and consistent value delivery.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system to streamline reporting and follow-up efforts.
· Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to position our solutions effectively.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and visibility.
