ABOUT US:

We are a growing accounting and bookkeeping firm offering professional financial services to SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive who can promote our services, build client relationships, and grow our customer base.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in accounting, financial services, or SaaS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping services is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience selling professional or financial services.
• Understanding of UAE VAT, accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero) is an advantage.

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Pitch accounting and bookkeeping services to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, and decision-makers.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and consultations.
• Understand client needs and offer customized service packages.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads.
