This position allows you to meet with our guests face to face, invest time in rapport building, tour our magnificent resort & amenities, and ask them to become a part of our family by purchasing today with Hilton Grand Vacations * No Lead Generation/Pre-qualified buyers who are pre-screened to attend appointment-only presentations. * Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV * Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies. * Carry out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing What will you be doing? * Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs. * Present the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company. * Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer happiness through various forms of communication (i.e: email, telephone, and written correspondence) * Apply selling concepts promoted at HGV. * Promote an encouraging, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies. * Attend one of HGVC’s sales training sessions every week. * Perform all other reasonable requests by management. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: * Valid Real Estate License in good standing with the state of Florida Preferred * Previous sales or marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or vacation ownership industries * Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record. * Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends and holidays. * Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to meet all compensation plan goals. * Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking). * High School diploma or equivalent.
