Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, along with a deep understanding of accounting services and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the accounting or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting services and financial concepts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow the firm’s client base.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the firm’s services and value proposition.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their accounting and financial requirements.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
