We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the advertising, corporate gifting, and printing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across our range of promotional products, advertising solutions, and printing services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, printing, or corporate gifting industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell products and services related to advertising, printing, and corporate gifting.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their branding and marketing goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales deals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
