Job Description 1. Promotes and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers. 2. Engages in cross selling of other RHB’s products based on customer needs to increase market share. 3.Achieves individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the sales office targets. 4. Provides professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers based on their needs to achieve sales and create public awareness. 5. Ensures detailed understanding of Auto Owners products/services and processes for effective sales services. 6. Establishes new and maintains regular contact with Business Associates to develop business relationship, e.g. dealers and salesmen. 7. Ensures turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing and updating for efficient business opportunities. 8. Submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form) including creation of credit files. 9. Ensures the targeted group of profile falls within the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities. 10. Supports Retail Collection & Recovery in all collection & recovery activities including conduct field visitation where necessary.
