Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month + Incentives
Industry: Shipping & Logistics (Maritime)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the shipping & logistics industry (UAE experience preferred).
  • Specialization: Proven expertise in either Air Freight or Road Freight sales.
  • Networking: Familiarity with GLA and WLA networks is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Other: UAE driving license is preferred; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to expand our Air Freight and Road Freight business in the UAE market. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in freight forwarding sales, a strong client network, and the ability to close deals while delivering exceptional service.
Candidates with GLA (Global Logistics Alliance) or WLA (World Logistics Alliance) network experience will have a distinct advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Air Freight or Road Freight services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities when required.
