As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the foodstuff industry (mandatory)
• Strong network of contacts within the UAE foodstuff/grocery market is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam) will be an added advantage

• Promote and sell Al Nabdha Flour Mills’ foodstuff products to new and existing clients in the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to expand business reach
• Negotiate deals, contracts, and close sales effectively
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth order deliveries and payment collections
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities
