Job Description:
Al Rasheed Travel and Tourism is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our travel and Umrah packages. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in identifying customer needs, offering tailored travel solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell holiday and Umrah packages to individuals and groups.
  • Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, social media, referrals, etc.) and convert them into sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client travel requirements and offer personalized travel solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and package options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional offers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and bookings.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, or travel fairs to represent the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sales drive and motivation to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • A passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
