Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and identify their needs and preferences.  * Present and explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.  * Recommend suitable optional items and additional purchases to maximize customer satisfaction.  * Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Manager/General Manager.  * Prepare quotations, compute pricing, and apply approved discounts where applicable.  * Advise customers regarding current and upcoming jewellery collections and product availability.  * Monitor and report competitors’ activities and market trends to management.  * Resolve customer complaints professionally in coordination with the Sales Manager/General Manager.  * Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.  * Ensure showroom presentation standards are consistently maintained.  * Perform additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager.    Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.  * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a high-profile jewellery or luxury retail environment.  * Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.  * Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.  * Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications.  * Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused attitude.    Why Join Us? * Be part of a prestigious and growing luxury retail brand.  * Attractive salary package with incentive opportunities.  * Professional and supportive working environment.  * Career growth and development opportunities.  * Work with premium jewellery collections and high-profile clientele.
